YogaKioo International 280-hour Fundamental Hatha Yoga TTC 4th Oct 2018 (Fully Booked!) – Cetin Cetintas

YogaKioo’s International 280-hour Fundamental Hatha Yoga Teacher’s Training with Cetin Cetintas, Serra Sagra, Sevinc Ayyildiz and Serap Ercan Aydın as the assistant teacher will be given in 3 modules which will begin with a 9 day retreat (90 hours intensive training) in Oct 2018. To have a high quality training and to deepen the student’s practice by one on one attention, the space is limited. The training is beyond international standards. If you want more than a regular program then you are welcome among us.

In the first 9 days, you will study the hidden meanings of Patanjali’s Yoga Sutras and Yoga Philosophy in details. The main goal in the first module is to isolate the mind from illusions so it stays with the “Truth”. During the first 11 days, you will practice to have leap to a higher state conscious to distinguish the real from the unreal. If you don’t want to get TTC but just want to deepen your practice and learn more abut yoga, you can join the first 11 days of the program.
Yoga is a journey towards to inner self. Therefore yoga is for everyone. How you perform asanas doesn’t matter. What matters is to perform them with awareness. We do and think thousands of things every day. How much of them are we aware of? The mind works in a crazy manner ever day with the desire of to do and to be. All these thoughts and desires effect our physical body, energy body and mental body extremely. We feel these blockages in our asana practice and also in our energy body because of the constant change of our energy in our daily lives. During our training programs you will learn mindfulness, you will turn into the observer of yourself and you will slow your mind. You will use the breath as a bridge between the body and the mind and restore their connection that has been lost. There are two most important keys for your journey; concentration and awareness.

In the 2nd and the 3rd modules of the program the intensive training about first 4 limbs of yoga will continue. While focusing on asanas, we will work on subjects like scientific parts, mechanics of class preparation, workshop preparation, taking the student on a higher level beyond asanas. More importantly, you will have deep practices on turning into yourselves and find your true-selves. You will experience Pratyahara – Withdrawal of the senses – and learn to reflect your students a teacher.
